Have you heard about the proverbial 'Elephant in the Room'? It describes a situation where there's an important subject matter that everyone in the room is aware of, but nobody dares to talk about.
I want to provide and create environments that feel safe and that encourage people to openly address all topics that need to be talked about. You could say, the 'Honest Elephant' is the anti-dote to the Elephant in the Room.
We will meet regularly on a one-to-one basis over the course of three months. In our sessions, we jointly explore your specific situation and ambitions. We take a systemic approach reflecting on three levels: you as an individual, the context of the team, and the organization. Everyone’s development journey is individual. This is why we co-create your personal learning experience and choose the tools that work best for you. The sessions are conducted in person or via video conference.
In action – reflection – action learning cycles, we develop and apply new skills and behaviors.
The three phases are:
Know yourself to better understand others. Create your authentic leadership style based on your values, feelings, passion, and abilities.
Understand today’s hidden opportunities within or outside of your organization and develop your personal strategy to achieve your goals.
Identify experiments on how to reach your ambition. Take the first steps. Enter continuous learning cycles and make new experiences.
